The Massachusetts TPS Committee, in partnership with the National TPS Alliance, is calling for a National Week of Action to Protect TPS Families from October 6th through 10th. We are asking unions, faith-based organizations, and community groups to stand with us to fight for families with TPS across the country who are losing their legal status and ability to work or run their businesses. They are facing impossible decisions that could separate their families.

Over the past several weeks, there have been many ups and downs with the court cases to protect TPS holders across the United States. We wanted to provide you with an update on these cases.
